PRACHAND (Theatre Events)
RULES
- Time Slot is 15-22 minutes with entry and exit for Nukkad Natak.
- Members for Nukkad Natak, play, skit: 8-20 persons; Mime: 6 Persons
- Props used can be dupatta’s, lathis, bamboo, gulaal, masks, boards. If any other prop is used such as sharp edged things please inform before hand and kindly note that they are prohibited.
- Use of any liquid is not allowed.
- Hefty musical instruments like drum sets are not allowed. Small instruments that can be carried easily are allowed. No electronic equipment’s and electric instruments like speakers and microphones are allowed. No harsh and abusive language is allowed.
- Negative marking if participants exceed the time limit.
- The team must report an hour prior to the event for crowd calling.
- Green rooms will be provided.
- Decision of the judges would be final and binding.
It will include mono-acting, play, skit, Bhand, acting, mimicry, mime, etc.

RULES
- Time Slot is 10-12 minutes.
- Teams have to bring their own props. If any other prop is used such as blades or knives please inform before hand and kindly note that they are prohibited. Use of any liquid is not allowed.
- Teams should bring their tracks in C.D and pen-drive both.
- Vulgarity is strongly prohibited. Any form of obscenity will lead to debarring of the team.
- Use of cigarettes, alcohol and any unfair means is strongly prohibited.
- Teams will be judged on the basis of costumes, theme, walking stance, expressions, presentation and attitude.
- Negative marking if participants exceed the time limit.
- The team must report an hour prior to the event.
- Green rooms will be provided.
- Decision of the judges would be final and binding.

EVENT ORGANIZERS
TALENT FIESTA (TALENT HUNT)
- Multiple Entries are allowed from one college/University/Institution.
- The performance shall be solo, duet or group.
- Participant with one accompanist will be considered as duet and participant with two or more than two accompanists will be considered as a group. Team member limit for group is 3-15.
- Students wishing to participate in more than one category; may fill-in their second preference, whose confirmation is subject to the vacancy of slots in the given categories. (To be intimated personally, seven days prior)
- Talent round will consist of two rounds i.e. prelims (time limit for each performance 3 to 5mins) and final round (time limit 3 to 10mins) which excludes the time for setting up the stage.
- The performance of the qualifying students for finals must be different than that of the prelims.
- In case of any soundtracks or music, CDs or pen drives must be submitted beforehand.
- Participants are prohibited from using dangerous/harmful materials or performing acts involving water, fire, weapons, etc.
- Any damage to the setup or equipment provided will lead to disqualification, and the participant will be responsible for that.
- The competition is open to all college students with a valid identity card of their respective institutes.
- In case of sound system failure, the performer is allowed to start the current performance again, however in case of a false claim, the performer shall be immediately disqualified.
- Sports skills will not be considered as talent.
- In folk category, Bhangra is not allowed.
- All the props required by the participant(s) for their personal acts have to be carried by themselves.
- During the event the participant(s) have to wear their identity cards at all the times in the campus.
- Any talent, which our team finds to be hampering its image, will not be registered.
- All the participants are requested to report at the venue one hour before the start of the event, any delay in reporting shall automatically disqualify the participants form registering in the Talent Hunt.
- Exceeding the time limit will cause negative marking.
- Green room will be provided to all the teams.
Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
